Relief!

I have been  have been a compete "Door Knob!"  Let me explain.  I wasnt going to put this on the blog, but I thought it my help others. It all started 4 weeks ago...........................

"Go on try it!.....It only takes a minute........what, frightened of what you`ll find?"  I shrugged and smiled, "Ok then".
So I let my Auntie Jane place the Blood Pressure collar over my arm and start the little box.  All of a sudden, she exclaimed, "This must be wrong, the machine must be broken!  202/100? "    She took it again, and it wasnt much different.  I was startled at their expressions.  So with dire warnings ringing in my ears, I toddled off to the doctors the next week!   I still thought I was ok.
Finally I went.
"Ok, your blood pressure is way to high! In fact its dangerously high! "   So with his words in my ears and a prescription in my hand I began the treatment.
I have been taking the tablets for several weeks now , and what a difference I have felt!
No headaches, no pains in the neck, feeling lethargic, not sleeping, and  loads more!   Its like a new start. My cholesterol is up, so there`s pills for that too!

But hey? I feel really good. Of course the eggs and bacon for breakfast have to cease! No more cream in my coffee,  no more butter, and lots more. ( Why is it, that all those wonderful things are bad for us?)   Anyhow, he we are, I`m losing a few pounds, which will cheer Gracie up!  But what I`m trying to say is, have it checked guys!  Dont put off, do it today!

  10. First off, love the new header picture.

Second... I have to take two bp meds daily to keep mine (hopefully) in check, and yes, it's boring but necessary. I'm so glad you found out in time.
