Wouldnt you credit it! After yesterdays snow, today it was almost gone! Too warm, mind you it made for an interesting temperature inversion.
The view from the farm, always a good one, never fails to impress me.
“So where`s this inversion then?”………..”Wish he`d bog off, with that camera!”
Poor Sunny, dirty as ever, and believe it or not she should be white, she is under the rug, but she needs a good wash!
Just standing watching this, I was only wearing a shirt, warm. Then once the cold air from the valley bottom went, a North wind moved in and boy! It got colder.
The forecast is for cold dry conditions, well we`ll wait and see, dont trust that BFLW!
Gracie`s back in the field, Sunny comes out on Thursday, she`ll start her work again, and with some luck I`ll ride again before the weather turns.
Such a pretty view! I am envious!! :)
ReplyDeleteDont be, you will have great views too!
DeleteGet those rides in before the weather turns! Enjoy :-)
ReplyDeleteI will try!
DeleteI always enjoy the scenery over there. I have great pictures from when I visited.
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely here, but I always think your country is awesome.
DeleteWeather forgot to warm up here--right now it is a balmy 9. Last night down to 10 below. Waiting for spring, sitting by the fire.
ReplyDeleteGood idea!
DeleteLovely photos. Cold and dry sounds good from here! Actually anything except more rain and mud sounds good.
ReplyDeleteThats so true!
DeleteYou have a gorgeous view, but the cold has gotten to me over here... has it gotten to you?
ReplyDeleteNo, it hasnt been that cold this year. Warm and wet!
DeleteWow that is an impressive view.I could stand looking at that everyday....it's downright inspiring.Hey there's green showing under that snow...now that's just not fair, shows how much I know about the world...I just figure most places are like here....now you know why I blog....it's educational.Stay dry.
ReplyDeleteHi Janice, its true, you always learn from others! It is green down in the valley, but only `cos of the terrible rain we`ve had this summer.
DeleteSimply gorgeous!!! You ride to the top-o-that mountain??
ReplyDeleteWow, for once I'm saying,"love to have some of that you've got"!. We've been freezing for near 2 weeks & got another coming. Guess all our complaints about bugs...is getting remedied!
How you do get to ride on your Gracie, before the change.
KK
PS
What's your camera these days?
Yes we ride on that Hill, its an Ancient Monument, a Roman Fort to be exact. Its freezing here now snow been and more on the way, riding this weekend hopefully! My Camera is an HTC 1 x, mobile phone! Still use the Nikon 110, but for speed I use the HTC Brilliant stuff.
DeleteWow sure is a pretty view! And shirt sleeves, that would be nice, we actually got up to +7*C today but then of course the wind blew so felt really cold.
