Is it me? Or, is there really not enough hours in the day?………….Yesterday was the Farrier, of course he was late, no change there then! Then today was “Get the car to the garage day!”………….Fortunately, the bill wasnt too big! Then we, (the Royal We!) Got rained on, again, but I wasnt put off, oh no! Once I`d got home, I had my Cornflakes! Then due to another shortage of time, I fed the horses early.
The dirty lump in the forefront is Sunny, who, recently has had a growth spurt! Did I mention that “one” has need of a damn ladder?
Ah, Jacob, with his own bucket! Poor soul.
You, that is those readers with Lasered eyes, will no doubt pick out the forlorn shape of a Clydesdale. We have a temporary new field as of yesterday. One of the sheep fields, while they are being turned into Lamb chops, my troop get the field! Its been a funny ol` week really, rain, sunshine, winds, etc. Snow on the Highland Mountains. Now they say we are in for a belated Heat wave next week? How do these BFLWM get away with it? Still, there is one good thing this week, I have an extra day off, I know! How ridiculous is that! I`ll no doubt make the most of it, lounge around, a few beers, maybe a small whisky, whatever.
ps……….Just had some Chicken Broth, Mmm! Yummy!
The lamb chops sound real good.Like your header
ReplyDeleteYes, I`m all for a few lamb chops! lol!! The header? Cheers!
DeleteHey, long time no see! I love the header picture, just like Out on the Prairie. (the picture at the top of the page). I love ponies, I admit it. Is the Clyde yours????
ReplyDeleteWe have had crazy weather here, too... and fall starts in 3 days!
I`m afraid the Clydesdale is the property of the farm owner!! She has two others in foal, all show stoppers!!
DeleteNice to see some sunshine there after your rainy last post!
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is! Good to hear from you.
DeleteI like how the red buckets really "pop" in the photos. I agree, never enough time.
ReplyDeleteWhen I took the shots, the sun kind of blinded me to the colours, but yes they do pop out!
