Psych Warfare!

I was coerced!  ……………….really coerced, in fact pressure was definitely  brought to bare!   ………….This is how!      ………….

“You know he loves to ride his pony!  He adores that animal, you cant let him down today!……….he`s at school, expecting to go and ride tonight!….He`ll be distraught!”

I replied to my OH, who incidentally has a Phd  and a MA,  in Psychological warfare!

“ But I`d planned to go riding today!”………………She replied, “whats more important, your happiness or your grandsons?”  Now that is the real clincher, your left  feeling a real heel, and although you know the answer is “your happiness!”  You know you ain`t gonna win.

“Ok dear, I`ll cancel!”

And thats how it was…………so here he is.

He only started riding a couple of weeks ago,  not bad. Trotting now, and although we dont have poles, just troughs, hey! Just as good!

  2. Aw, that wasn't such a tough sacrifice now was it? Soon you'll be able to both go riding together.

    1. The indoor is a large sheep shed, for lambing in the spring. We use it the rest of the year!
